I have already remake above:
- saddlery.
- wheels of CLIO 16S way AO :
- currently I am in suspension GAZ from ktec
- silents blocks out of Polyurethane on the level of the nose gear
- and for this summer, a BAR of mark MATTER in replacement of that current
here are for the wheels!!

the arrived day or it and has its new garage for one good moment (it was since October 2007 there!!)
without the disassembling of the engine with my 2 better friends follows:

and JO, my best friends (the pseudo one let us tinytoons gtt in France) after having to operate the GT(to help by its faithful dog!!!)
after it was the cleaning mode ------> ungrateful work, but good there it was my field (it is long has the end !!!)
and a tool, which will be strongly useful has for us many point of view
after disassembling of all the block, here parts in details before cleaning:
20 year of good service (and some breakdown; lol)
and here is the new means of transport of the ENGINE
soon photographs of the reassembly, with the details of the parts new!!!

- temperature sensor of exhaust with its bill-poster
- collector, as well as the descent the turbo one, one accepted a coat of paint black high temperature
- all the parts bichromate of origin, one be to reprocess (except the alternator!!)
- the unit: stealing driving crankshaft: balanced, and reduced!
- cylinder head to prepare
- camshaft from ktec
- turbo kter 180 from ktec
- brings out more the cups of the valve reinforced
- modified carbus
- line/new piston from ktec (the piston unit, rod, put at the weight!! )
- small pocket of unite carbus, bearing of rod and the candles, from MB CAR PERFORMANCE
- pump water new : CGB MOTORSPORT
- handing-over has nine of the pump oil
- all the probe given into nine!!
- new radiator of one of our partner of the gt-turbo.org club : radiator
- unite cylinder head more unite driving at ktec
- all the hose connections are new: out of silicone

i want something like that in my garage as its a single standing unit, i just cant seem to find any like that as i dont know what im looking for
oh and are them engine brackets gold platedeither that or there a very good yellow zinc coating?

It's a pedestal grinder, with the grinding wheel removed and the wheel fitted onto the shaft with what looks like an adapter. That wheel will be rotating at around 1000rpm. Polishing a wheel like that is one sure fire way of ripping your fingers offin the very first picture, what is that machine called that the wheel is being spun on?

the machine and a polishing machine: to make the edge of the wheels!!
and the parts of yellow color, it is as has the origin: a treatment ----> bichromate

mon bloc as fait 2000 kms , avant de casser ( moteur mal remonter et fait comme un cochon !!!)
donc , j'en et refait faire un (par pascal GT) .
a ce jour ce suis en rodage en prenant le temps de bien le faire .
il me reste a faire :
mon carburateur ( dur de trouver des gicleur ici !)
changer ma ligne d' échappement !
changer mes freins !
et sans suivra un passage en peinture !!
quelque photo faite récemment avec un amis en 11turbo :

hi are you after jets for your carb ? if so what jets are you after as i have a couple here and also mike (gt turbo spares) sells them.
also if your after a 2mm needle valve i can send you the ebay link for them

ive always loved them wheels, i think they are prima racings williams style wheels unless im mistaken.? they really suit the car in my opinion
