On the news now ... confirmed by Reuters
Michael Jackson has just died of a heart attack
beat me to it was just going to post it
but nobody will confirm yet
And I had tickets to see him in the summer
Admittedly he would have been moonwalking in a wheelchair but didn't get to see him doing his History tour when I was younger
What? after just collecting all that cash from his concert tickets he's now popped his moonwalking clogs? hmmm, maybe he's bought a house on Robert Maxwell Island
sky news
lol, well, I'm assuming the money will be refunded ... it better be!!!
You know, I was just thinking the same thing. If he has died, I'm genuinely sorry to hear that, but the keyword there is 'if'. He's in a whole world of debt, has just trousered £50m (or whatever it was) for the O2 gigs, and hasn't yet performed his first comeback concert.
In this day & age of cynicism, trust no-one, suspect everyone...
TBH, we were talking about that just the other day, not if he died, but if he did a runner ... there was already talk of him cancelling shows and suddenly turning round saying he only agreed to about 5 shows, not 50! so either way, the chances are they wouldn't have gone ahead anyway
Call me harsh, but I reckon it's a Robert Maxwell job all over again...
theres bound to be a conspiracy theory come out if he has died, same as elvis etc
he was a fecking freak show anyway.
Another wierdo, Uri Geller, is being interviewed now ... he sounds dodgy and can't comment on the last time he and MJ spoke
New reports are he's in a coma ...
Here we go! How many different stories ... ?
L.A Times has reported that he is in a coma...??
Yeah so far no one can confirm anything, and there'll be more stories in the papers tomoz morning
i hope hes not dead, i want to see how a man who cant walk anywhere without a stick plans to do 40 gigs at the 02
yes he's dead.!
Looks pretty much confirmed now.
Freaky feck Uri Geller is currently doing the rounds with the various tv stations...
This just ruint my night, yeah he is or was a weirdo butgood tunes!!
I'm glad I'm not on call tonight, I'd be up til the wee hours of the morning (I work for a newspaper and magazine distributor for publishers and we cover 65% of the UK lol)

thats a business plan that FAILED
nevermind,he made good tunes, but hes had his time, theres many thousands of people that die every day of them
maybe brought ticket will be to attend his funeral instead?
might even sing thriller!
They won't know what to do with his corpse. If they bury him he'll never biodegrade and if they burn him he'll release toxic fumes. Only solution: recycling.
i know there is gonna be some joking around . but you cant take away the m/j music and thats wot he was all about
im bad
for me i will miss his music

Bubbles is a chimpanzee, known for his association with the late American recording artist Michael Jackson. Jackson adopted the three year old chimp from a cancer research clinic in Texas. Despite the pair enjoying a close relationship, many media sources mocked their friendship while reporting many false stories on the duo. The public thought of Jackson as a bizarre eccentric, obsessed with recapturing his childhood, and he was subsequently dubbed "Wacko Jacko". Bubbles sat in for the recording sessions of the Bad album and escorted Jackson for the filming of the "Bad" music video. During the Bad World Tour, he and the singer shared a two-bedroom hotel suite in Tokyo.
Bubbles initially resided at the Jackson family's Encino home, but moved to Neverland Ranch in 1988, where he slept in a crib at the corner of Jackson's bedroom. Bubbles was allowed to use Jackson's private toilet, although the chimp sometimes wore a diaper. In a 2003 documentary, Living with Michael Jackson, the singer revealed to journalist Martin Bashir that Bubbles had become overly aggressive. He was removed to an animal sanctuary over fears he may attack Jackson's newborn son, Prince Michael II.
