Gordini Turbo Roof Gutter Trim Removal

Hi,

Does anyone know the easiest way to remove the plastic roof guttering on a Mk1 Renault 5 GD Turbo ? Obviously given the difficulty of obtaining these parts and their fragility I would like to remove them both without damage ?

It appears that they are stuck down in some way but perhaps just a tight fit ?

Any tips appreciated,

Well it turns out that they are stuck down with mastic bead so waited for a nice hot day and after letting the car warm up was able quite simply to remove them in tact and without damage using my fingers - starting from the rear of the car. Took about 5 minutes per side to remove
