the stig revealed i always thought it was schummacher who betetr to be the stig than the 7 times champ
It was Schumy dressed up for a one-off special, simply because he was driving his own FXX (awesome car) around the track.
There's a few 'Stigs' that are used; the common one being Ben Collins.
that ferrari smashed the track record to bits
but techniclay not a road car so i dont get it,
also who in there right mind would pay 1mill pounds and not have it to drive apart from when ferrari say so or let you, crazy realy, rather have the ascar was only 7 secs slower roundn the track!
i thought it was Ben Collins aswell but after reading on the topgear website the stig is supposed to have been shumy for some time now
i reckon its been schumy since he retired before that it was collins for sure
if it was schumi i dont think lewis hamilton would of got near to beating the stigs time in that suzuki
anyway if he was the stig dont you think he would rather be the stig on the german equivalent program
maybe there was also rumor in the past it was damon hill thats what top gear want is to keep people thinking is it schumy or not and if its not who is it
The BBC could not afford the likes of Schumacher to drive for them IMO.

I thought the first episode was top class. Another race up the country but I thought they do a bang up job of keeping it watchable and fun. The train was stunning. The FXX was like an F1 car with a body on it and Schumacher's sense of humour was surprisingly affable. I hope this is the start of things to come. What with Veyron vs Mc F1 action to come, it looks like I might get my wish.

The Veyron vs The F1 suprised me, I can remember Bugatti saying that the f1 could get up to 100mph as it reached the veyron and in the space of a quater mile the veyron would pass it, now I know Hammond was driving the Veyron but it looked alot closer than Bugatti clamed, could it be, Bugatti were lying
If the Veyron has a 0-60 in just under 3 seconds and the F1 in just over 3 seconds (and I seem to remember a similar story 0-100), how is it that the F1 was ahead from the off and then for what appeared to be way over half distance?
Both cars seemed to get away reasonably well.
Er looks like Bugatti were lying, I'd love to know what a veyron really does ver a quater mile not what Bugatti say it does what someone has actually done cus we know the F1 does an 11.6 and from that video it looked like they did over a quater mile before the veyron passed the F1
I re-watched last weeks tg coz i sky plus'd it for missus to watch, i noticed that when they where in tg office gettin insurance quotes, in the back ground was the stig photocopying his head.
I didn't notice the 1st time round, brilliant

becasue once that bugatti gets going it storms, i do think that the bugatti is defently a awsome car, but so is the f1, there have there own rights for beeing great,
