    a little advice please?

New poster! (less than 10 posts)

hi all, just looking for a little advice, currently ive been running my car with a crack through the manifold and it goes onto the turbo, the car is loosing no boost or pressure just using excessive petrol, now and again it will kick a bit of blue smoke out of the vents at the front of the car after using the turbo (oil burning) im running the car at 21 psi and is running a bit of cosworth gear, anyone have any advice on how i can turn the boost down? cheers anth

    Hi Anth .
Saw your post on 21toc ..Manifold crack very common and not a great issue as long as it's not huge .Do you have a bleed valve fitted ?
21 psi is a bit too much whatever the mods .18 max if fueled properly is about right for everyday reliable use .
If bleed valve fitted wind it in to reduce boost pressure or if not lengthen the turbo actuator arm .
