love the drives out in the lakes, awesome roads and no traffic
not that i ever feel like driving the day after camping
it'd be nice to see some of the North East boys venture across to this one this year
will let you know closer to the time, only thing I'm thinking is that its the weekend before RWS which might make it tricky for me.

weather forecast is cracking for this weekend, anyone else interested in a relaxing weekend with beer and sheep for company?
C'mon people, lets see somemore names down for this (Lans' members in particular). Camping at a real ale pub with home cooked food (and free barrels of beer to take back to the campsite if your name is miller), mile after mile of wooden fenceing/camp fire fuel. Rolling green countryside (sheep included) and seriously deserted country roads for a hangover cure on sunday morning, what more can you ask for?

Yeah mate, we'll be rocking upto the campsite about 4ish on saturday. Getting the tents up, cracking a few tinnies open and chilling out. We've got a table booked in the pub for 7.30pm (need a belly full of food) before the real fun starts back at the campsite. Sunday will be a case of getting up/ sobering up, then going for a drive round some awesome roads.
Sounds alright to me.
Is it costing anything to camp? Postcode? Alright to bring some mates?

I cant find a postcode for the pub on the website
But if you put CA7 8JN into googlemaps it shows Hesket Newmarket, the village where the pub is, get there and you cant miss it, it's one of about 4 buildings in the village!!

Nah, wont be too late, i need to be home by about 4 as well. Mr SBS sorts the route out for the drive, but usually we end up in Windermere/Bowness area of the lakes, it'll only be an hour or so home for you from there wont it?
