    coolant pipe/hose run

Need advice on the best way to route the coolant pipes/hoses for my gordini conversion.
water pump is mounted on rad end tank and is electric ,also have to run hoses to turbo (roller bearing) and expansion bottle. just need to know how to flow the coolant though the system.

    Re: coolant pipe/hose run

Mount the expansion bottle high as poss, run a 1/2" ish pipe from the bottom to as near to lowest point in the system as poss. Take the feed for the turbo from somewhere near the outlet of the pump, the return can go straight into the expansion tank. I usually like to run an air bleed (small dia pipe) from the highest point in the system to the top of the expansion tank. Try to avoid any air traps and you won't have any problems....
