I'm really looking forward to this, it was great fun last year

We'll be staying over on the Friday night I believe, I'll purchase my camping ticket on pay day

When will the camping tickets be made available to buy Lee?

Camping to be paid for on the day Miss Smith, it'll make it easier and cost less not having to post out tickets.

Will get my ticket this month + x 2 on day...

Is the pod cafe open on day again?

Have we changed the security or is it the same GUY from last year with 10pm lights out and not a pin drop....

Apart from that nice one stu.... will be good....

Ps anyone fancy bracket racing knock out? or would this take to much time up?......

Re: Santa Pod Day 29th May 2009

If all goes to plan there wont be any tickets left to buy on the day.
Im hoping (well ive asked and wait a reply) that we can camp near the end of the strip this year so we are out of the way of the owners house and we can make as much noise as we like.
Cafe will be open all day, also hopefully the bar!

Be good to have some sort of shoot out???? should break peeps cars down to turbo and tyre specs etc? street class and non... maybe fastest 60ft on day, fastest to the 1/8... loads small things we could sort aswell.... I think next year tho more of this may be on the cards with bracket racing or knockouts.........

I think any prizing should be for C1J only in order to keep things fair. I'd totally support that decision if the powers choose to organise it like that, or atleast sperate categories: C block, F block and "other", etc.

Given that since running the 11.4's end of 2005 i would be happy to mimic those times this year as have only ran a few 11's since!
Given that now i have modded the head since blowing a couple of gaskets, gone onto steel liners since splitting a cast one, on the second set of one off pistons due to teething trouble with new liners, new larger turbo, weight reduction, twin plate clutch, third gearbox since blowing first then second gear, oh and, of course, fitted nitrous!!
In theory, 11.4 then do all that lot and you could assume on an improvement.....................wrong!!!!!
Anyway, got the car just how i wanted it for flame and thunder and we had a monsoon!!
Upshot is that the car is all ready to go, i even got an audi allroad to lug the whole lot along which is great, without it i think i would still be stuck at flame and thunder in all the mud!
Looking forward to a great day and a good laugh, i am up for a shootout or comp of some sort, sounds good.
    Ready for a re-match Scoff??
