Has anyone got or played on this game for the pc?

Ive just been looking at 11 turbo videos on youtube and there was one of footage of the game test driving a ph1 11 turbo.

i find it hard to believe a game developer would include an 11 turbo in a game, could well be that someone has modified the game itself
