Cutting out on bumpy roads an rumble strips....

Car does not always do it, rumble strips an very bad roads can make it cut out, slight bumpy roads make it feel like carb isn't getting fuel, but
only sometimes, then it will pick up again, fine pulling away on boost an have drove 2000 miles since this issue I just cannot see what it could
be, distributor cap is new, new plugs an leads, new timing sensor, have a few spare fuel pump relays so played with those, battery connections
seems ok,earth leads all new, only other things I can think of are, fuel filter, fuel pump, maybe car related? some other wiring issue?
    just an annoying glitch tbh

Check where the wires from the crank sensor go through the bulkhead. They can rub and wear out the insulation and then short. The ECU doesnt get a crank signal and doesnt send a spark and the engine just switches off like a light. Same issue if there is a broken wire so fiddle with the crank sensor wire and see if the engine dies.

I'd be checking all of the earth points on the car, particularly around the alternator to see if there's any loose/broken wires.

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere with either the fuel pump relay or an earth as mentioned before

I wonder if its a dodgy relay might be an idea to get a new one and start swapping and trying the car.

Just fitted a new spare relay, all currently ok apart from when it cut out a few weeks ago on really bad rumble strips before a round about
other wise its not happened since even hitting potholes, the car does lull slightly on occasion then pick up again? feels carb related but
as mentioned could be a slightly dodgy wire? but when that happens its only on uneven country roads? sure a very strange situation

Probably one of them nightmare intermittent issues until it fails completely!
