Try a ctrl F5 to force refresh (press and hold the control button and then press the F5 key).

    Constantly logged onto the shop?

The shop is not the forum. They have different log ins and different passwords.

Being logged into the forum doesn't mean you're logged into the shop.

    Re: Buying

As Ian says, the RTOC website and RTOC shop are two different accounts.

Since you wont mess anything up as regards the website by doing so, why not create a brand new RTOC shop account? See if that works?

    Re: Buying

I changed his email address to my own personal one, and sent a forgot password to it and then changed the password to send to him. Emails are being sent fine, so not sure why he didn't receive the forgotten password email. Comes through instantly as well. There is no reset function on the admin side of the site nor can I see any accounts passwords. So that's the only way I can see to get round it apart from deleting the account.

This isn't a new thing, it happened quite a lot when I was doing the membership packs. I think some email providers must block the password reminder email that we send

    Re: Buying

That was when RTOC.org was messed up and on block lists. That was fixed two years ago when we changed to Nimbus hosting.
