purchased an "as new" phase1 fuelpump from him.
i paid via paypal and asked for "signed for" special delivery.
he sent it out as special delivery and it arrived this morning

apparently he has not sent mine yet ,i had a pm of him on the 1st of feb
saying he will get it posted asap . 5 days gone past still no update or
reply to my pms after even though he signs up on here a few times everyday
