Manual window regulators with handles n/s and o/s - Here's one side but no handle http://www.mister-auto.co.uk/en/fron...919092001.html

Carbon fibre bonnet or fibre glass ? - On here or ebay is most likely the best bet. There was a carbon one on ebay the other day but not there know. However I dont believe they are full carbon and weight savings are not much. I have also read that fit is questionable.

Fibre glass boot or the like? - Try CGB they had them on their website a while back but not there now. Worth a call or email.

Or alternatively any tips where I may find these items would be super I've tried emailing the get turbo spares chap but I'm yet to recieve a answer. - I am sure Mike will get back to you, have you tried calling or sending a PM ?

I'm looking to change up to the 300, I use a cosworth t3 and the 300 should give me better flow for the bigger turbo . unless someone has a new alternative ?

No, if I have it you can just have it I will never use it. I will look when I'm up at my dads next. I did get cleared out of bits so unsure what I kept as medication kind of blurs my memory's.

I will look, and hope I find it for you.

No disrespect, but why would you use a T3 when there are more efficient, more modern turbos which are more suitable and available now?
