I renewed my membership in January this year, just renewed my insurance on the Raider and Graham Sykes are asking for a photocopy of my current membership card as the one I sent them expired in January 2015. Are the membership packs being issued? I understand that someone may have recently taken over the role to issue membership packs.
If you don't get your card in a timely manner, maybe send screenshots of this thread and your profile?
Yes this is a real issue as I'm with Graham Sykes as well and they gave me a lot of aggro last year while I struggled to get any membership validation from the Fiat club.
In the end I think someone there directly emailed something to the Graham Sykes.

Gonna send my Insurance Company a screenshot of my profile page, they are whinging that they may have to charge me if they do not see a copy of my new membership card lol. Posted me the letter 2nd Class 2nd of April, seriously!!!
I spoke to Graham Sykes Ltd yesterday and explained about the membership cards and screen shots and the man that answered the phone, and renewed my insurance, said that would be OK.
Yeah they sent through my insurance fine with the screenshot I took, without any message back apart from the documentation.
Was it your public profile? As that doesn't show the expiry date.
Or the admin page profile, which does?

So, the admin only viewable profile page and not members page? Unless a member can view their address on their own profile view? I've forgotten that now. But it's not on the public view profile.
I just did mine with ClubCento; as that site allows the user to change the public displayed location, I added my home address, printed it, then changed it back to Essex. That way the ins co at least have something to correlate. Otherwise it could be a print of just a random ian s in the club.
I thought you can see your own address but not other peoples with a standard log in. Guess a non admin person can confirm this.
