Nice clean conversion. There's a few Starlet/Glanzias knocking around in Oz and I was looking at the engines as a possible alternative to the C1J if it died in a dramatic way.

I can't get B18FT in Oz and F7R are extremely rare (Mk1 Megane only). F4R tend to command strong money here too.

I even replied to the thread! Shows how good my memory is.

    Re: Toyota Starlet Engined GTT

    i had a glanza V 4efte
    very reliable engine
sold it to pay for my skyline

awesome little engine 1.3 standard internals and pushing 195bhp with just a tweek of the actuator and a rrfpr and pump , and fast road clutch

good low rpm boosting turbo too ct9b hybrid - boosting to 14 psi
    nice having the efi

but theres always a place in my heart for my R5 Raider

My brother had a few starlets and a glanza, the r5 would would run rings round it on the twisties, but as soon as we hit a straight,it would be...bye bye r5,he was running around 265hp thoughthat was when I still had the c1j fitted.
