    wont start

    Alright folks my R5 has been sitting in my garage for a month and won't start, normally I disconnect the battery but this time I forgot so it was flat, with the battery changed I fully expected it to burst into life but it never, I can here the full pump and I have changed the plugs any ideas

    You actually got fuel going into the carb? sometimes it takes times for fuel to actually reach the carb if been stood for some time. If this happens i tend to remove the fuel pump relay and just bridge the red and white wire for a few min's to make sure good enough quantity
    has entered the carb bowl.

    you got spark?

    Take the plugs out and see if they are wet with fuel, whilst they are out crank it over and see if you've got a spark.

    Going to check for spark tomorrow, my garage isn't lit, the spark plugs were Brown

    Ok it had a good spark and fuel but still wouldn't start, managed to bump start it and after a run it seems fine, so I'm putting it down to dampness, what's everyone's thoughts on this
