Been working my way though Mondays recored car night.

Bennie really does give me a headache. I think he just loves moaning? I don't get this all "can they make a profit" as they give away the bloody car anyway!

Sundays "for the love of cars" or whatever it's called was surprisingly good I must say. It wasn't at the top of my list to watch but I think that Phillp and Ant work fairly well together on screen with the mix matched personally's that made it more watchable. It's kinda more of the history than the build, looked pretty awesome too.

Not much to add about Car Hoarders, was last show, properly the only series their film? But does have potential if take out aload of the drama and show more build progress.

I noticed the pump'd up front to. Did a good job on that, fair amount of history about the car to that I've not seen on other mini resto shows. Will watch the VW shows when I get in.

That camper on "classic car rescue" was pretty slick! Temped to ring in to try win. The colour combo works well and decent job inside to, really liking the opening front windscreen, was a really good episode.

looks like the rs escort is a mk3 rs1600i, my mate had one of these from new in 1984 lovely car and same seats (rolltops) that i had in my old escort, bernies got a deloern to do this week, not sure on for the love of cars this week

New one started last week, Turn & Burn, seems low budget, I've not seen this weeks yet, but it's on the planner for when I get a chance. Last weeks first ep wasn't that great, but maybe a grower as it gets thought the series.

I think they didnt get the front suspension trumpets in correctly, theres no way that should have sat that high. Still cracking show though.

I was just amazed at the prices the cars actually fetched at auction when the show was all finished. That delorean went for a small fortune. I remember seeing one for sale at a local garage for £12k a few years back and I was tempted to buy it myself. Wish I had done now!

WD is getting really really popular with the US market now after they have been heavily marketing it over there, hence them bunging some US cars in.

Although the last season was a bit bad when he bought that upset womans dead fathers Pantera and she only sold it to them cheap as he promised to restore it and even fly her down to see the restored car........ then 5 mins later he flogs it to a couple of other guys for a massive profit. I was lucky enough to fly to Dallas back in May with my work, and was only about 10 miles from their shop. Unfortunately didnt get time to venture over, but was pleased to see they had a Gas Monkey Bar & Grill actually inside the Dallas airport now, so could get a pint & a burger whilst i waited for my plane home!

Yep, started in the US last weekend I believe, so they are slightly ahead of us, but not by much.

Interesting that the WD Trading up Season 2 is starting in the US first, but then they did heavily pitch Season 1 at the US market (every sale they muttered about how much it was costing in dollars etc). Maybe they have taken a shine to Mike "hold out yaaaa hand!" Brewer!

apparently they have taken a liking to him but while ed was working in the garage on the cars for wheeler dealers mikes doing the trading up as hes on his own, ive got the first episode of trading up but not watched it yet I got it off torrent, episode 2 should be out too now, episode 1 starts in Australia where he buys a mint mk1 escort and brings it back to England to fix up and sale, ill probably watch later tbh

goobs is away atm in the us himself that's why hes not posting on his own thread atm

very true!!!! Got to love a bit of Brewer, although id never buy a car from him seeing some of the judgement calls he`s made in the past with choices of cars to buy.

As a side note, that green lambo they got from Poland is back up for sale in this months edition of Classic Car magazine for £55k.

Yup yup, sky planner all updated. I did see new Fast & Loud come on whilst I was in the U.S. hotel room getting ready to go out, but switch it off to save it till on in the uk.

So all in all, decent amount of car program's back on for the next couple of months, happy days, or evenings shall I say.

well ive watched both wheelers and fast n load new episodes and there good, must say im hooked on street outlaws no bullsh1t there, just offer the person out above and do the 1/4 mile lol awesome, I highly recommend viewing it from beginning of season 2 its free on NOW TV if you have the entertainment pass, its on the discovery catch up bit
