Just got my renewal through for my engine conversion 5 from graham Sykes. £175 with all mods declared.
How much it costs will be down to the complex factors/mix of driver, car, where it's kept and what cover you want.
Ring your insurance and say 'if I changed the engine, to <blah>, what would the cost be, all other things being equal.' Then shop around.
