Rear engine mounting

Hi,it's been 3 years since I took the engine out and lost my pics that I took when I took it out,can some kind person tell me where the little plate with the rubber on the end of it goes on the rear engine mounting please?,I think it just bolts on and faces the bulkhead but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the pictures but does the plate with the rubber bit on the end go on before the gearbox mounting or after?.
