    Wiring AEM AFR gauge up

    Needing a bit of help guys!
    I now have my sensor bung welded in and my clock situated and wires fed but I'm unsure of what wires to tap into! I'm not data logging at the moment so just need no where take positive from, switching live and earth ,, sid

    Sid.

    Red is =ive 12v
    black is earth.

    I took my power from the steering column area. Remove the cowl.

    There are several wires on there for you to choose from.

    Splice a red into the orange from the cowl area. Thats a switched earth. You dont need a perm. live.

    splice a black onto an existing black and you should be laughing.

    Did you mean to say the orange wire is a switched live?

    I'd expect orange to be switched +12v (only on with ignition) and black to be earth

    Could be wrong, not had a poke around in there yet
