    R5 gt Ktr turbo

    Ktr turbo charger wanted something like the ktr 180 let me know what you have must be decent tho low miles
    T25 with t2 exhaust

    Or any advice on what to go for ?? running standard at the min so something that will give it a little more kick.

    Cheers I have seen that 1 just messaged him and seeing what's on offer, I don't like to rush into anything. Think I've learnt my lesson from the past.
    Would you say a t25 is the way to go ?

    That's the route I'm taking, I just bought a t25 hybrid and going to get some cams to and a few other things, in no rush with mine just buying things slowly

    I don't really know much about turbos. I've got a standard raider which I want to keep standard as possible. I just need more go. So would you say a t25 then ??
    I keep buying parts I've got draws and cupboards full of new parts

    Depends on how much umff you want out of it mate sure there will be someone along with more info soon, still a learning game for me to on new turbos

    Ok matie cheers for ur input tho. Tbh I can't say how much I'd like. Just feel after a few years on standard boors its time for more. But don't want to blow the thing up lol or change fuel pump ect

    Where you from mate ? you could up the boost on your current turbo just make sure you up your fueling to and you will be ok.
    Should look into fitting wide band kit and boost gauge if you have not got them

    I'm in nottingham. Wbu ? I've not looked into it. I did have a 5 turbo in the past I did wind the boost up a little but it didn't last a month lol

    so i can put my stock t2 rear end straight bolt onto my tomcat t25 without any other mods ? are the wheel sizes the same ?

    No its not quite as easy as that, you need to machine the rear housing to fit the new wheel as it'll be a different size

    The only way to get a good turbo is to buy a new item or get on old unit reconditioned. Other wise it's good money after bad.
