    Foam for rollcage

    Anyone got any cheap alternative to roll cage foam, need to get mine covered up before the next track day?
    It's Not so much cracking my head off it, it's to protect my £400 quid helmet! Lol

    safety devices stuff is great off e bay, best ive come across, demon tweeks do a fairly good range, cheap to pricey...

    B&Q do some foam padding that covers water pipes to stop from frost damage.... is that the type of thing you mean?

    You might find you're unable to correctly fit stuff bought from the likes of B&Q. Proper roll cage padding has the hole offset so it doesn't foul on the roof.

    Cheers guys,I'm going to try a few, I know what your saying about the hole being offset tho! It will be a pig to fit round the windscreen.
    That armaflex stuff will be spot on,it a very dense compound and does not tear that easy, gunna get a length and see if I can cut the back out a bit to fit!

    Plus its flame retardant, you may need that.
