Can Any one tell me running direction of the rad fan please

Anti clockwises, as Matt said, pulls/sucks air thought the radiator.

*edit to add picture.

If your fan set up looks the same as this, then it should be anti clockwise.

Rip off a square of toilet paper, hold it to your grill on the front of the car. If it stays there you got it right

No worries.

Does the fan wiring still have the red and black on them/little black plug...?
Red for positive/ black for negative. Then fan should work right way round.
