A break down of spec and what's all included in the sale

Head Spec: Fully rebuilt as new everything replaced £450

Block spec: fully rebuilt, bored out, re ligned and honed £350

fully race balanced, pistons, rods (end to end and overall), crank, flywheel, clutch £150

Compression ratio set to 8.5:1 cubic capacity measured, head, block
and pistons skimmed after trial assembly £75

Crank ground polished, new main Bearings, big end bearings, rings
and all the other bits and pieces £350

Full engine assembly after stripped and report given £325

+Vat £270

Oil pump £130

Water pump £35

Timing Belt kit £100

Helix 4 paddle a few weeks use like new £400

Turbo manifold £120

Powder coating of all engine components, inlet manifold and rocker £150

Boost gauge brand new £40

Pillar pod for 2 gauges £40

2x Jap turbo adapters (inlet and outlet) £40

Ted if you look on the eBay advert there is a receipt for work done and the last bit on it says machined pistons and head to achieve the required compression ratio :/ so I would say no forged internals.

No forged internals, but I am open to sensible offers and willing to take quite a drop on it.

Bought a 56 reg impreza wrx sti last night... The engine is getting in the way now since the workshop has gone.

Come on someone must want this engine!! I am open to sensible offers and it might be cheaper than you think. Stop wasting money on your unreliable c1j and get some real power under the bonnet .

If you bought everything off here second hand I reckon around £1200 give or take, depending what's coming up for breaking etc... If you were going for everything brand new like I was going to do in the region of 3k
