    Turbo actuator question

New poster! (less than 10 posts)

    Hi everyone

Just a general query about a turbo! I have a renault 5 gt turbo I have just purchased but the turbo has had it. I am in the middle of taking it off to change but I have noticed that there are 2 hoses running to the actuator? All the second hand turbos I am looking at only have 1 hose fitment? Can I change the actuator over to the new turbo or can I run just the 1 hose?

Sorry guys might be a really dumb question but thanks for any advice in advance!

    Re: Turbo actuator question

Use the actuator with one port and loose the rear part of the actuator hoses, search for cup mod on this forum.

I cannot find any posts for the cup mod that was suggested? Any ideas where I could find a diagram for the cup mod? Thanks in advance
