Direct fit Gauge pillar pods and resin GTT boot badges.

Looking at making single and twin gauge pillar pods similar to the one i already have fitted to my car. The mould has been made and the two pics show the first test cast, the third pic shows my pod fitted to my car. The finished article will be made of a thicker material and sold trimmed and primed ready for paint.

Also looking at reproducing the full gtt boot badge setup in cast resin, again the mould has been made and the picture shows the first test cast. They will be avaliable alot cheaper than a certain company we all know an love .....its not mike

i bought a universal for mikes and shaved it down to fit it looks the same as yours mate ill try and get a pic for you

I hear what you're saying, but not everyone is confident enough or has the time to mess around getting universal stuff to fit
These have been moulded directly off the o.e trim panel and attach using the two original trim holes.

Pods will start from £25 + p&p for a twin
£15 + p&p for a single

Boot badges will start from £20 for a full set + p&p

Hold off on the pm's for payment for now as the pods and badges are still in the test cast stage.
I'll be updating this thread with more pics as they go through the development process and into final production. I'll only then, start taking payments once im totally happy with the quality of the finished product and i have units finished ready to ship.

You could make a killing if you make some megane 225 pods, the lads on meganesport would be all over them.

Im really going to get these pods pushed through now i know the interest is there.
Just a quick one about the single pods, they may need to be bonded on as they wont be long enough to cover both the o.e trim fixing holes

Couple more pictures for you all too, first one is a close up with gauges installed, second one although poor quality shows you how much of the pod you can see when viewed from outside the car.

must admit these look better than the universal, the one we got is a kevlar look finish, i had to remove alot of the original a pillar plastic too, so pipes/wiring fitted behind, so this is by far the easier option, good luck with sales boss

*Update Time*

The pods are taking alot more time than we initially thought to produce, but the good news is that six are basically complete and ready to go and we will have a few more done by the end of next week
I have included a few pics of the finished pods below. The price per twin pod is £35 posted.
We have only done the twins at the moment due to the high demand for these, but singles will hopefully be produced at a later date.

If people still interested can start a list below then i'll collect payments next week.
Unfortunatly it will have to be first come, first served as as i said before they are taking alot longer than expected to produce.
