brake caliper issue/hub problem
Hi team fitted ne calipers onto hubs Got hubs from a member refurbed,it Seems the hub pushes the caliper to far foward nd it Hits the wheel caliper bolts correctly to hub ,hub bolts to everything else ,Its Seems an issue heres a pic thanks matt

Where did you get the calipers? They look like they are hardly even going to grip the disc?
what size discs?

Either the caliper or the hub must be wrong pal if the discs are the correct size.

Calipers are new from cgb .the hubs are from Pete @ backyard, also discs from.him ,Its like the Calipers spaced miles away ????

Are they R5 GTT discs with clio 16v pad carriers?

Might have clio 16v caliper carriers. You'll probably find the caliper is 10mm further out than normal.

dunno, I'm thinking either campus hubs or clio calipers, hard to tell really without comparison shots, if this doesn't get sorted tonight, I'm in the garage tomorrow so will take some like for like pics of mine and post them up

16v carriers definitely you could just buy the slightly bigger disc?? Unless they don't fit under 13's
When i bought my raider is had 16v carriers on and slightly bigger discs sort of an in between mod compared to the 285 big brake conversion that k-tec used to do.

Running standard rims ,the pads only Cover a Bit of disc as u can see.
The hole Centers on the carrier iS about 8 inchs just measured in dark ,Got spare hubs will compare ,no carrier to compare though .Thanks guys

Yeh looks like Clio 16v carriers
Call down and take your pick I've got a box full foc
Simple fix.
