    My F7p/r conversion

So as some of you may know I stripped my car for parts last year..

Now I couldn't sell the shell for what it was worth so I tucked it away in te garage whilst I thought what to do....

I've decided to go down the F7 route 1.8 16v with the R head..

So since then I've been collecting a lot of parts!

Whilst I'm not going for massive power on this build, I have decided whilst the engine is apart I may as well put forge pistons & rods in

The car will be mainly road use and I would like to get it on a few track days (maybe lol)..

I've dropped the engine of this morning so my builder can get started

    The list
    Build engine
Have engine bay repainted (looking a little tired these days)
    Sort breaks/suspension
    Buy more parts!!!
    Dash out (new heater matrix)
    Possible clio dash swap
    Shorten drive shafts

    Needed
    Ecu
    Loom
    Various hoses
    New intercooler

Ill get some pics up of the car soon

The only styling I'm going to change is the wheels atm.. I have picked up a standard front bumper, but think I will stick with the aj one..

Right so with the nice weather here today I decided to get cracking..

Nothing to interesting, just started to strip it down ready for engine bay paint.. Wanted to do more, but only managed 3hrs

Also dash is almost ready to be removed, just the heater controls and steering wheel

Good thing is, is she's still looking nice and rust free!

    Re: My F7p/r conversion

Right so a little more progress today..
Dash is out! Wasn't to bad in the end..

I've removed the heater matrix as it was leaking, shame as the rest of it looks to be in quite good condition.

Also started to major task of ditching wiring etc not needed anymore.. I've removed 2 immobilisers, and a alarm! Lol.. Also tided up/removed the old aei wiring plus other stuff that's just not needed anymore..

Here's some other random pics also..

    Re: My F7p/r conversion

Well not much has happened on this lately.. I'm struggling to find time tbh 😔

Is anyone looking for a shell as a project?

It needs a engine bay paint, but the rest is very good condition..

I've got loads of other top quality parts to but will NOT list these until the shell sells.

It will come with spax coil overs, and the Perspex windows.

Will not come with the following
    Dash
    Kit
    Seats
    Roll cage

    Contact me via pm

    I'd want £1100 for it
