Exhaust cut out section

I know alot of cars have had the exhaust cut out removed and filled as using side exit exhausts - just wondering if any one has the half circle shape they removed to be able to fill the cut out?
My carbon fibre friend wants to make an exhaust surround like the old gt tuning ones but one that will fit the standard gap without hacking up the bumper
