    paddle clutch

    right guys on my list to do, how hard is it to install a paddle clutch in my R5 and what would i need???

    It's no more difficult to fit than a normal clutch.

    You'll need gear oil, the clutch including friction plate, cover plate and release bearing.

    How you go about changing is up to you though, engine and box out, just the box out, out the top or drop the subframe. Everyone likes doing it a different way

    Leave the box in and don't drain the gearbox down is my favourite way.
    The gearbox fits in the near side enough to change the clutch without totally removing it.
    A clutch alignment tool is the only thing you will need that's out of the ordinary, I'm sure a local member to you may have one, they used to come in the clutch kit box.
