    F7P flywheel bolt size

    Hi everybody I'm after the size of the flywheel bolts for my f7p need size length and pitch I have the Renault part number but wanted to find some arp or similar bolts to replace them with thanks in advance

    arp dont do anything with the same pitch/thread.

    you would need to re drill/tap the crank

    M9 fine pitch, as andy says you probably won't find any uprated. I looked at rod bolts but just about all had shoulders and were not suitable. Re-drill and tap for M10x1.25, plenty of 12.9 cap heads available then. Thats what I have in my engine

    Thanks for the replies I thought I might have to re drill and tap :/ so scoff I take it there is enough room round the crank to drill and it will be strong enough hmmmmm although I'm feeling lazy with all this cold weather I might just stick in some new Renault ones lol will have a think

    I take it your worried about shearing the flywheel bolts.. Why not put a couple of dowels in the crank/flywheel.. A lot less hassle and just as good imo.
