    Torque settings

Hi guys done a search on here found some info on cylinder head bolt torque's.
I have a Uprated blue headgasket & bolts from CGB.

Should I follow the long route of running for 20mins etc or tighten to 80nm and leave like I have read.

Need to know so I can decide of the torque wrench I have is upto the job
    Cheers Guys,
    Mike

you might want to read what ARP says about tightening bolts

    http://www.arp-bolts.com/Tech/TechInstall.html

it's not as simple as 'yeah mate, whack it up to 80'
