6th May: Fete Meet Again This Year

morning chaps i have been asked by the organisers of the fete we attended last year if we would like to display our cars again this year. It falls on the above date which is a bank holiday monday, i need to let them know by next monday if we want to do this again i think it went really well last year but i think we could do with getting more members there to show off there cars. anyone who wants an idea what this is like have a look at the thread and pics from june 2012 fete day. can i get a list on the go for people who would like to attend and who can make it please stick your name down as i only have a week and need to see how much interest there is for this before i say yes to them. It would be nice eh!! The car was registered In Kingston so will pop the original plates back on it. Probably seen the roads around that area at some point in its early life.

Hopefully next time I'm down to yours it'll be in the car

Right chaps I really need to email the fete comitee to let them know if we still want to have our cars on the field of the fete again this year it was a great success last year with the BBQ and drinks back at the Surrey meet after so please chaps put your name down so we can show interest I am hoping for 15 or more cars there this year to make it worth while and again ill do the BBQ last year we had 23 cars on there and I would like to achieve this again or more

I've picked this beauty up and looking to show it this year. It's a pico 4 model.
2 speed with reverse and added extras like a basket and horn and twin arm rest. 1 lady owner and never raced or rallied. She's dead now so its mine.

And for everyone else I have booked it and will be going for a meeting in feb to arrange where we will be parked up on the green but keep adding your names guys I want it packed with as many of us as poss and that also goes for you northern monkeys if you ain't to scared to travel

Alright Phil, I'd like to go to this, but I'm just not sure if I'm going to get me car done by then, mainly money issues really, only 2 pay days for me before this fete day and lots of things to buy umm credit card maybe for the turbo rebuild. I'll have a long think, work out what needs doing etc then I'll let you know by the 23rd. I don't want to say yes then say ah soz it's a no.
