Looks about right fella, have you checked/cross referenced the part no. and spec of it? it should fit 1.4 cars from around '91 so chances are should be ok, worth checking out though

Good question, would need part no. for original 5 gt turbo alternator and one of the ebay item, anyone work at Renault could maybe help to check part numbers and spec, or take a lucky punt?! Can you get good secondhand alternator from a member on here? do motor factors still do new units?
