C1j engine for R5

Anyone got a decent or rebuild engine for an R5 GT Turbo laying around?

I've fooked my engine and will be rebuilding to my spec but would be good to get the car on the road.

Local if possible but can travel a little if needed. I'm not lookin at spending hundreds or want big spec, what you got?

I've got a complete engine still on the subframe with gear box, Drive shafts, hubs, radiator and hoses etc.. The car was lifted on a ramp with subrame unbolted. So would be an easy swap. The milage is approx 80,000. Pm me with an offer.

Firstly, thanks for the post and the PM's.

I am only looking to spend £50-£100 for a second hand lump, just to get on the road! I will then rebuild my engine as and when.

What's the spec of the engine? I assume its pretty standard except for chrome and silicone.

Yep, totally standard, including cam. Engine has done 111001 miles.

I could offer him close to what he is asking, then sell off the bits I dont need. Dont have the time or money TBH thou!

wouldnt pay any more than £100 for that as it will prob need a rebuild if it hasnt had one all ready if it has it may be worth the £200
