My oil burner Mondeo ST155 tdci had this for over 3 years and has given me hardly any aggro plus 45mpg on average

You can get rid of the swirls check out the polish I use on gimme5 resto
You'd be better off with a glaze or all in one product and a good wax at this time of the year and then a full polish in the spring.
That's what almost alol of the winter preps I've been doing involved. Correcting a daily before winter always ends up with it needing to be done again after a few months. With the added salt and crud around, the wash marring is more of a problem

mine also a seat leon cupra 180.pulls like a train esp on the motorway easily manage a good top speed and still not manage to worry about the engine with problems ect,plus build quality is prett good also
