I am suprised to hear MArt has finally got rid of the Evo...

Had some awesome laps around spa a few years ago....

After reading this I hope Mart didnt put "never raced or rallied" in the advert

Andrew, you're more than welcome mate, and thanks for making the long round trip to collect it.

Was genuinely gutted to see it go, as it's a hero car & I've had some great trackdays/been to some awesome places in it (Spa, Stelvio Pass, Lake Garda, Cote d'Azur to name but a few).

    Enjoy mate

    Road trip!

You could have saved £10k in fuel and bought mine - I'm only down the road from you

Glad it's gone to a good home, and it's still in one piece . Although I was kind-of hoping Mart would break it

Nope, still got it. I haven't used it for a while though as it needs a new transfer box. Plus, getting the 172 has made me fall in love with Renault again

I've been thinking about getting rid of the Evo and getting an R27. The problem is that they're so gutless compared to the Evo

Many good memories mate, and who knows, if it goes the same way as Whitey has, there might be a chance to buy it back later down the line

Saying that, there's a couple of itches I'd love to scratch in the meantime - Namely a 182 Trophy & R26 Megane...
