    Advice on a new motor

As my 5's moved on i'm in the market for a new motor. I was in to the idea of an l200 but insurance is killer! So back to hot hatches... I'm this close to buying a clio trophy for about £5k as i'm drawn in by the rareness and resale values. Do you think i should go for it or just get a good 182 cup/cheap 197? I now the Sach racing dampers on the trophy are meant to be good but sound like they could be trouble.

I need help as i'm fed up of pondering!
