Thanks mate, theres only so many times you can fiberglass the sills for the mot Thought it was time to sort the rust properly. Cracking on with it now, it was supposed to be finished for national day

Don't suppose you know if any spares are still available? I need a new rear seal for the window and a couple of seals for the roof which is why the floors are a bit rotten

Didn't have any work today, so decided to do a bit on the EBS. Decided to take the dash out etc as it was full of holes from mobile phone holders and things that have been fitted over the years! Going to try and find a mint one to back in Will be a better job when it gets painted too!!

Just a quick update on whats been happening with my restoration= not alot! Went over to see my car today hasn't been much progress.
Decided to clean out my wheel arches while I was there, back to the bare metal and cleaned up a few other bits.
Took a few pics of the body shop, you could say he's got a lot on
The owner of the body shop is a mate of mine so my cars been put on the back burner, but he reckons he should get it painted this month.
I will get some more pics when its painted for all those interested

Not much to report I'm affraid! The owner of the body shop is a friend of mine so it doesn't get priority I got fed up with waiting and wanted to drive a 5gt turbo so bad that i spent the bodyshop money on a phase 1. I am going to pop over and see it this week as the guy is back from his honeymoon so will take some snaps. Hopefully it should be painted in the next couple of months and i can re-build it!

Just one to be aware of mate on the sills, for the MOT the sill may need to be fully welded along the joint and not spot welded.

My brother got pulled up on his after sill replacement.
