Hard hitting but well worth watching!

Copied across from the ClioSport Site.

Worth watching before you go out on the road and race your mates.

The most shocking for me is when the chap driving along is not paying attention and hits that vitara. Seems like an idiotic crash on his part until he realises he's shunted the other car into someone. Certainly makes you think.

A very good reason why people should use there handbrake when coming out of a junction or waiting at a pedestrian crossing...

If your on your footbrake or nothing and you get rear ended your car will go flying forward into anything or anybody...

That just made me bawl, cheers lol

The most hard-hitting things are the things that actually happen, as shown in that film. If only more people actually paid more attention to things like this and we may all have a few more friends still with us

    Seen that before.

All of it is a bit disturbing lol

The one thing that really ****s me off when I am in my car, with or without my little girl, is how unaware other people are of what is around them. EVERYONE should be watching where they are going before manouvering, not just in front them!

Seen most of them before, very hard hitting though, but the worse one i ever saw was where a drunk driver hit a car, and the car set alight, burning the girl all over, but she still lives, i think that is worse than death.

very hard hitting, but as a trucker you see things like that every day

as some of you have said, if a few more people paid attention.......

but what always makes me mad, is when people cut me up, in the car i don't mind i can stop, but people just don't think when they dive in front of my truck! as Clarkson et al found out, they are bloody hard to stop so the gap we leave in front of us is there for a reason! only reason i say that is i saw 3 bad crashes in the road works on the m6 jct 4ish cos of people cutting trucks up!

rant over and i'm off to post it the link on a few forums

Re: Hard hitting but well worth watching!

This reminds me of last christmas eve when a car outside of my girlfriend's sisters house lost control, hit a wall, crushed an old lady and hit a pram and baby she was pushing on the pavement. I could hear all of this shouting and crying outside of the house when I was in the bathroom, I went outside to investigate and saw this bashed up Ford Fiesta with a pram crushed under the wheels with people around the car lifting it up to get the child out from under the car! The old lady was unconscious, I think, and eventually the ambulance turned up and sorted the whole mess out. The baby was virtually unscaved and was just crying bless him! The lady on the other hand died about a week later in hospital. The driver at the time fled the scene and eventually returned, I'm not sure whether he was drunk or just being a dick but it was scary stuff and something I will never forget! Worst. Christmas. Ever.

Its the drums down version there is a drums up version which is also very good and worth a listen too,
That made me go cold a couple of times and tingly, would be a very good christmas campaign against drink driving, like someone else said reality hits so much harder be telling a couple of mates about this clip.
