easiest way to find out is to get it on a set of rollers or even better a hub dyno

With that grp A carb fitted can be pretty sure it won't be fueling right.

Once fueled right i recon around 170bhp at 16psi, there a few bits in the spec list i would change but thats just my personal preference

    Re: e. p motorsports

As say if fueling is spot on (with grp A carb 99% aren't) at that boost pressure about 170bhp

I knew Europarts very well when they were open back in the day

I wouldn't trust those grp A carbs as far as i could throw them, first thing i would be doing is checking the AFR's. Poss swap the carb for a standard one and have it jetted correctly for same boost pressure or higher if you want to go that.

I remember his turbo's and engine bits, recon you can safely go to 20psi or bit more once the carbs right, in present state i wouldn't raise boost pressure at all

I would remove fan override switch too and have the fan kick in as it should from factory too

    Re: e. p motorsports

You'll need to have an AFR gauge fitted or at least have someone check them from here or at a rolling road, once you know what there doing then you can see what needs doing or if its ok.

The lumpy power delivery can be down to the set up or needs a good service, easiest thing to do first is the service so make sure plugs, leads, cap and rotor are in good condition

Idle and part throttle around 14.5 and full throttle around 12.1

Scoff on here sells a nice AEM one which comes in a 52mm size gauge, that'll work well

    Re: e. p motorsports

as stated speak to scoff on here for one of the aem kits, alastair has covered your basic numbers your after.

if your adament of sticking with the grp a carb then i can almost cerainly guarantee the 2nd stage will be standard so would be worth opening that up to 1.2mm to start. also check to see that the 1st stage hasnt been swapped with the a/c as this was an old tuner trick makes them overfuel especially on part throttle etc

the engine begs... water injection and boost set to 2 bar / 30 psi............. and you will see at least 210 bhp............... with greater torque... then it will be a quick car........ and you'll then find the Ferodo DS2500 pads the best... and the of course a set of Yokohama ao32r's all round at 28psi... with the car lowed on a full set of Gaz coilovers and dampers...........and a then a 13 second quarter mile will be achievable........great cars..hours of fun....
