yo!

started the new project today, not really any photos yet but more to follow.

picked up a load of bits this weekend, including an engine...



its now in 1000 pieces and to be fair it all looks pretty good, not too much to mess about with!

I dont get too much time to work on it so im sure this will drag on for a while

So whats the plans for this engine......? Rebuild or just freshen things up

Going for a full re-build,

nothing crazy though, new internals, liners, bearings and shells, 270 cam, some stiffer valve springs and a t2/t25 jobby.

but mainly just replacing bits, water pump, oil pump etc etc.

once thats all sorted I'm on the hunt for a shell, going for a campus, simply because I'm into them, not feeling the arch trims etc these days

just waiting for bits to turn up

Sleeper project sounds ace. It should be easy enough to find a decent campus to use, I see them popping up fairly regularly on facebook with reasonable prices as well

I did consider a campus conversion myself before I found my current shell, maybe one day i will do one
