    As long as she is insured on your car its not a problem (not they check anyway)

    Whos the policy holder for it? Your miss's?? & your a named driver? & You own the car, make sure the insurance company knows that otherwise in case of a serious accident they can easily get out of insuring you.... believe me i know, been there done that lol.

    Never ??? But I wouldn't put it past them

    Surely it doesn't matter who is the registered owner is as long as it's legal .How's that work with company cars then ? I've had to insure them myself in the past I'm sure ,I think, can't really remember ..............
