New poster! (less than 10 posts)

Hi guys thought I'd start updating my project on here, she is NA for now but as you guys appreciate this era as much as me thought it would be rude not to!
Well my Paint arrived today, WOOP 727 Capsicum

And Started tacking cage in today will be finished Monday

    Apologies for ****e pics

Rear of the cage has been attached to chassis rails

Had the front of cage welded to struts these are to be welded and capped yet

Small error... Lads had tacked the uprights the wrong side of the car lol easily sorted ....don't think I'd like to keep it like this lol

    Re: Cage fitted

    Forgot to update this!

So went down to body shop to see the progress...happy so far...few touch ups but otherwise ok!*

Doors are done, bonnets done interior is done

    Pics xx

Can see the slight colour difference here

Touch ups required my shoddy primer

    Things still to do:-
Touch up cage..(pic3 you can see where my primer wasn't very good)
Remove bumpers and wings for painting
    Paint car (lol)
Touch in the cage in the engine bay (in the old colour)
    Lacquer grill
    Flat and polish
    Reassemble

    VAG Clio 16v = WIN!!

Mine/Flan's 1st one had 246 BHP when I had it & it was excellent!! I forget how many times I embaressed more exotic machinery in it!!

What's happened to Flan by the way?! He's disappeared off the face of the earth?! What's the latest on his Williams VAG??
