looks like the rule of three has hit the east end massive, would love to go ,but as fate would have it a free weekend has come up on malcs ramps so its an ideal time slot to get the new clutch in and drive shafts on , 02m gearbox/ selector system in, moving me a few steps closer to completion, shame that its taken so long to get the transmission side of things completed this year, but will make up for it next year, sorry rtoc'ers, hope those still attending have a cracking day

Late on yesterday the dyno picked up a problem with it's brake regulation, working intermittent. I stopped late last night to pull it to bits to see what was going on. Long story short, one duff IGBT and no where today with them in stock for collectionI ordered a couple for Sat morning delivery so I won't know if the dyno going to be operational until mid day Saturday !!
So people, PLEASE check back here tomorrow afternoon for an update. If I can't fix the dyno then we're screwed and we'll have to cancel or postpone.
This is especially annoying for me because it's happened twice before. 1st time I repaired it, the second time the dyno company sent me a whole new module assuring me it shouldn't happen again. 6 months on and it's happened again.
Please check back tomorrow for an update before you set off guys.

Mind you, if it goes pear-shaped again then it's not so bad as only a third of the people on the list will be disappointed
Well if its working or not ill still make the trip, give you a hand repairing or just go for a big cruise/lunch.

It's a Diode pack which switches the brake on and off on the rollers.........my 300ftlb of torque overheated it and I am therefore responsiblewhats an IGBT?
That or there crap rollers......I know which Chris will say

I'm setting off a 6am Andy, about 3hr drive for me
I'm going to have to leave earlyish in afternoon so thought make most of the day
I have a 3hr drive to, never had the gt on the rollers so looking forwards to it.
