Downpipe to Exhaust Bracket query??

Hi all,
I just got my Downpipe welded for my AFR and am having problems getting the Bracket back on..
Where the Downpipe meets the Exhaust, there is a Bracket/Plate.
Unfortunately i didn't take it off so can't recall where it gets bolted back to, i and think there are 2 bolts..
I've attached a pic from a Haynes manual to explain but could some one tell me where, or even better, show a picture of how its supposed to be please?

Bracket bolts into the bottom of the block,you will see the hole.

It bolts in the back of the engine. I Just figured it out myself yesterday cause it wasn't bolted by previous owner resulting in a massive "szszszszszsszsszszszszssssssssssss" sound on low rpm.

Thanks Guys, but i see a few holes
There's a black cable, quite thick (no not me, the cable lol),
A small bracket is on there too,
I'm assuming the Brackets need to be bolted together then into this hole in the Block?

I think there's 3 holes but it will only line up with one.I think its the first one.The arm steady fixes to the bracket and bolts on higher up.The arm fixes to the block above but in line with the 3rd hole.I think.

I must be a spaz coz i just can't make it fit..
Don't suppose anyone can take or has a picture pleaseeeeeee?
