can you do 2 things for me:
1 - say what it is you're selling, I can't see the image (it's blocked at work) is it GTT, if so is it PH1, or PH2?
2 - post the image on RTOC (using the "upload pictures or files button" that appears below when you make a post) as those images don't get blocked.
As Shakal isn't online at the moment, I thought I'd try and help. They're for phase 2 GTT's, let me know if you can see the pic

your jokin right, been runnin like a dream like that for the past 14 k miles with out a prob at all.. wot makes u say that?? the water doesnt get hot enough to build up any pressure..

oh yeah, the difference been a low and high temp stat/switch is something like 6deg, 83 compared to 89? Not massive.
no rad cap on it at all, doesnt have one.. all bleeding nipples are fine an honestly doesnt build up pressure unless its very minimal.. but i can have my header tank cap off when its at hottest an it doesnt pump out of even when i screw cap off it doesnt hiss

But, going off Schackals post, brown caps are for the 1.4 8v engine, and blue for the 1.8 16v?
yeah thats what it says in haynes manual for renault 19 but they did not have
a 1.4 turbo version and as far as i know 5 turbos came with brown caps .
if i was you i would use what i originally had on my car .
