not much room for the full 3"downpipe & exhaust in there, with the kinda power your looking for its definetly worth the effort

is this being built purely for drag racing?
I see you have done away with the fan for the heaters on the Bulkhead , what you going to do for de-misting the windows ?

ive been really considering getting rid of mine or trying to duct it in a tidy way just cant decide what to do

even considering a remote fan of some kind .

never thought about that nice idea

i stripped the dash and loom out mine the day and was surprised how much weight is in that heater box

i think id like try to keep the heater in situ maybe try rerouting the pipework somehow . bit more room in the enginebay and i dont need to worry about waterpipes running along the back of the manifold /downpipe

id love to lose the servo aswell but thats another £££ job i cant afford at the moment

Out of curiosity looks like you may need a twin pas intercooler? also why does the exhaust manifold not have equal length pipes? Just curious, awesome project

manifold is made to flow better than the ktec one.. which i carnt do in equallenght to do this.. flow is more important ....... intercooler

Just admiring the engine bay of you car in the pics again glen and sorry if I sound stupid but is there a stud missing from the rocker shaft mate that comes up through the rocker cover is this a secret mod

IC pipe run just looks long as your TB is the other side of the engine that's all, just curious as to why things were done, your car is an inspiration matey

i have used them for years and never had a problem with them now got a little sponcership
from them rob has really looked after me this time

depends how much power it makes of gas then see how much gas i can ram in but i want more than before

when we went over 100bhp of gas and 36psi of boost it used to blow the spark out every time we tried too

Its individual coils tony, each is a high-output coil with inbuilt ignitor. The problem with making a lot of power from a small engine is that it's very hard to keep the spark going. With the 4x coils on glenns engine the air:fuel can be down in the 9s and it'll still pull clean as a whistle
