alright guys im looking to replace my raiders aerial as its cracked at the base ive seen people using short stubbery ones than the oe, i was just woundering if all arieals are generaly the same standard size or will renalut only fit renault.. or like a special fitting or thread

ive tried to take my aerial off a few times even with mole grips and its refusing to budge, i thought that they didnt unscrew, mine must be corroded up on the threads, what other vehicle base would fit the 5 nicely??
