New Actuator

I have just bought a 2nd hand turbo which has an actuator with two ends for vacume hose, I have been puzzled, why is this and where does the hoses go now? Thanks

the two vacume hoses go to the carb top mate maybe you have the cup mod ?
which is to why you cant fine wear they go
